Made in the early 60s (61-65) in Poland.

DEFIL was one of the major manufacturers in Poland (and Eastern Europe) until the 70s, before the Asian invasion.

Warm, vintage sound, ideal for blues, old folk, jazz…

With new Bronze D’addario 009 acoustic strings (for a softer sound, prefer Flatwound Jazz strings)

With a beautiful red reinforced case.

Some traces of wear and minor dents (flaking paint), but in good condition given its age, straight neck, set by a luthier, frets in good condition. Floating bridge to adjust pitch and octave accuracy.
